Box opened, but NEVER used. I lived in the country with very poor signal and a metal roof also limited my ability to use my cellphone. After I bought it, my circumstances changed. I moved and didn't need it. That's why the box was opened, but none of the parts were used. Most of them are still in their plastic packaging. I also have the manual that details each part so you will be able to inspect them and be sure they are present and accounted for. You can also check online and get a list of each one.
