Key Responsibilities:
*Perform routine maintenance in residents’ apartments
*Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
*Complete work orders efficiently while providing excellent customer service
*Perform unit turnovers / make-readies
*Maintain accurate records of maintenance requests and completed work
*Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency
*Grounds maintenance duties may also be required depending upon the needs of the apartment community
Requirements:
*Previous maintenance experience, preferably in a multi-family or residential setting
*Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
*Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
*Tools and reliable transportation. We can assist with tools purchase if needed.
*Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
