Arizona Tow is a growing towing and assets-recovery company serving the Phoenix Metro area 24/7. We handle private-property towing for apartment communities and vehicle recoveries for lenders and dealers. We're looking for experienced drivers who know the Valley, know their equipment, and do the job right the first time.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Run private-property impounds at our contracted apartment communities following Arizona law and company procedures.
* Locate and recover vehicles for lenders and dealers safely, legally, and without breaching the peace.
* Photograph and document every tow and recover, vehicle condition, signage, plates, VIN, and location.
* Confirm tow authorization and complete the required police notification for every private-property tow.
* Inventory personal property and deliver vehicles to our Mesa yard.
* Stay in constant contact with dispatch and keep accurate logs in our tow software.
* Deal professionally with vehicles owners' property managers, and law enforcement, including in tense situations.
* Keep your truck clean inspected, and road-ready.
WHAT YOU BRING
*1-2+ years' experience as tow experience on a wheel-lift/self loader or rollback.
* Private-property impound experience in Arizona.
* Repossession experience, or willingness to learn lawful recovery procedures.
* Valid Arizona drivers license with a clean driving record.
* Solid knowledge of Phoenix Metro streets and freeways.
* Ability to stay calm and avoid confrontations.
* Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
* Availability for nights, weekends, and on-call shifts
NICE TO HAVE
* LPR/ALPR experience
* Skip tracing skills.
* Lookout, jump-start, and winch-out experience.
*Bilingual in English and Spanish.
* WreckMaster or TRAA certifications.

PAY
* Contractor uses own truck, fuel and insurance.
50-70% of the lender's repo, or flat rate $125-$200
* Straight commission
25-35% of the tow fee, or flat rate $35-$50/tow
