Roof Rite of Arizona is expanding our team! We are looking for a dedicated, tech-savvy, and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join us in the Phoenix metro area. Help us provide exceptional support to our homeowners and crews, manage modern software applications, and coordinate warranty/service photo documentation.
💼 What You Will Do / ¿Qué hará?:
Customer Support: Answer incoming calls, assist homeowners and builders, and schedule service or warranty appointments in a professional, friendly manner.
Bilingual Communication: Effectively communicate with English- and Spanish-speaking clients, contractors, and field crews.
App & Tech Management: Utilize modern mobile and desktop applications to log service tickets, track projects, and update customer files.
Warranty & Photo Management: Receive, organize, and process inspection and warranty work pictures to dispatch crews efficiently.

Bilingual (English/Spanish): Fluent in both languages (written and verbal).
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating modern mobile apps, customer management software, and digital communication tools.
