About the Role
We're a chemical repacking business looking for a hands-on, reliable person to run our day-to-day manufacturing operations. This is a wide-ranging role for someone who likes to stay busy, work independently, and take ownership of the entire production process — from ordering raw materials to shipping finished product out the door.
Responsibilities
Receive and process incoming customer orders
Mix, blend, and package products to spec
Fill, label, and prepare orders for shipment
Track inventory of finished goods, raw materials, and packaging supplies
Order supplies and raw materials as needed to keep production running
Manage shipping and coordinate deliveries/pickups
Assist with other projects and tasks as time allows
Requirements
Must have a reliable pickup truck (for material pickups and deliveries)
Comfortable working with chemicals and following safety procedures
Organized and dependable, with the ability to manage inventory and reordering
Able to work independently and juggle multiple responsibilities
Physically able to lift and handle product/packaging
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Nice to Have
Prior experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or chemical handling
Basic computer skills for order and inventory tracking
