Wallcon, LLC., is seeking a qualified Paver Superintendent for with extensive experience working on residential projects. Must be proficient in laying pavers and site preparation. Must be a goal-oriented person, always keeping safety, quality, production in mind and looking for a career job.
Specific Job Tasks:
· Comprehension of patterns and design layouts of pavers.
· Calculate angles and courses and determine vertical and horizontal alignment of courses.
· Understanding of the Screed and sand AB to establish sub-grade.
· Examine work area to determine any needs for repair at customer service appointment.
· Communicate with Supervisors, Peers and Subordinates.
· Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintain them over time.
Job Type: Full-time

Experience:
· Paver Installation Supervision: 5 years
License:
· Valid Driver’s License and good driving record required.
Work Location:
· Multiple locations in the West Valley.
