**PART-TIME GENERAL LABOR / PRIVATE PROPERTY CARE — TWICE A MONTH**

Do you take pride in keeping a beautiful property looking its best? I’m looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to help maintain my private residence twice a month.
This could be a great fit for a retired landscaper, someone retired who enjoys staying active, or anyone seeking steady, part-time work. All qualified applicants are welcome.
The property is already exceptionally clean and well maintained. Your job will be to help keep it that way through consistent cleaning and attention to detail.
**Responsibilities include:**
* Cleaning patios and patio furniture.
* Washing windows and cleaning custom iron gates and decorative ironwork.
* Cleaning and maintaining the garages that house my car collection.
* Handling general property cleanup and upkeep as needed.
**The right person will: **
* Be honest, reliable, punctual, and thorough.
* Treat the property, vehicles, and belongings with care.
* Work independently and take pride in a job done right.
* Be comfortable with hands-on work, including outdoor cleaning.
* Have a valid driver’s license.
* Be drug-free and able to pass a background check.
* Respect our privacy and confidentiality.
**This is a high-trust position. ** I’m looking for someone we can build a dependable, long-term working relationship with.
**Schedule: ** Twice per month, with days arranged together.
**Compensation: ** Cash, Hourly; rate discussed based on experience and qualifications. Christmas bonus included.
