Looking for one professional roomate to move into a bedroom in a brand new home in a brand new neighborhood. I work a lot so am rarely home but am pretty quiet and clean.
I am very outdoorsy and active when not working.
Master bedroom is available in a 3 bdr 2.5 ba
Currently one other person living in the house in the 2nd room but it might become an office after they move out or a guest room.
Large master bedroom with large walk in closet and private bathroom.
Furnished house.
All brand new appliances.
Adjacent to a beautiful giant park and close to community pool and pickleball courts.
Must have good credit and background check.
No pets, no drugs, no smoking.
Wifi and most utilities are included except electricity which is split between roomates.
Electricity is about $60 in the winter and $150 in the summer total that would be split.
Ev charging is available but if used by roomate, the extra charges would be responsibility of the person using.
I prefer to leave the garage open for use but in the summertime it most likely would be open to use for cars.
