Everything has been very lightly used and kept upstairs in spare rooms that we almost never use. All items are clean and in very good condition.
Available:
• Black faux-leather futon with fold-down center console and cupholders – $100
• Black faux-leather office chair – $40
Futon is upstairs and will require multiple people to bring it down - may require some disassembly.
