Experienced Bench Carpenter / Custom Cabinetmaker – Mesa, AZ
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience building custom (not stock) cabinetry
**Full-Time | Pay Based on Experience**
We are seeking an experienced bench carpenter to join our shop production team. This hands-on role focuses on cutting, building, and assembling custom cabinetry using shop machinery and hand tools.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Read and interpret shop drawings
- Cut, machine, build, and assemble custom cabinetry components
- Operate table saws, edge banders, routers, jointers, and other shop equipment
- Maintain tight tolerances and quality workmanship
- Work independently while collaborating with the production team
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience building custom (not stock) cabinetry
- Proficient with shop machinery and hand tools
- Ability to read shop drawings, elevations, and plans
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to quality craftsmanship
