We are hiring **Entry-Level Call Center Representatives** for a growing team in Mesa, AZ! No call center experience required. We provide paid training and teach you the skills needed to succeed!
**Pay & Schedule:**
- $18/hr starting pay
- Increase to $20/hr once hired on permanently
- Full-time position
- Must have open availability Monday–Friday, 7 AM–7 PM (8-hour shifts scheduled within this window)
- **100% ONSITE in Mesa, AZ – NO REMOTE WORK**
### What You'll Be Doing:
- Make outbound follow-up calls to prospective online college students who previously applied but never enrolled.
- Ask questions to understand their interest and address concerns.
- Use trained sales techniques to overcome objections and encourage students to take the next step.
- Accurately document calls and student information in computer systems.
- Work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented call center environment.
### Who We're Looking For:

- **Confident communicators** who aren't discouraged by hearing "no."
- Individuals willing to learn sales techniques, ask questions, and handle objections.
- Positive, energetic personalities who enjoy talking to people.
- Reliable candidates with open availability between 7 AM and 7 PM.
- Individuals who are coachable, motivated, and comfortable working toward performance goals.
**No previous call center experience? No problem!** Customer service, retail sales, hospitality, and other customer-facing backgrounds are welcome!
