Arizona Propane is looking for a dependable, hardworking Dock Worker to join our Mesa team. This is a full-time, hands-on position that plays an important role in keeping our propane cylinder exchange operation running efficiently.
What You’ll Do
The primary responsibility of this position is handling propane cylinders from our exchange routes. Duties include:
Unloading empty propane cylinders from returning exchange trucks
Safely refilling propane cylinders
Properly storing and organizing filled and empty cylinders
Accurately tracking all propane transferred for inventory purposes
Unloading returning exchange trucks and preparing cylinders for the next route
Filling propane cylinders for walk-in customers
Keeping the dock and yard clean, safe, and organized
Performing general yard upkeep, including sweeping, pulling weeds, painting, cleaning, and other maintenance as needed
This is a physical, outdoor, hands-on job. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and understands that keeping an organized and safe yard is everyone's responsibility.
Schedule
This is a full-time position.
During our busy winter season, this is a Monday–Saturday position, and overtime is mandatory when needed. Applicants must be willing and able to work additional hours during peak season.
Pay
$20.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Paid weekly.

Comfortable performing physical work throughout the day
Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Detail-oriented, especially when recording propane inventory
Willing to maintain a clean and organized work area
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Willing to work mandatory overtime during the busy season
