Arizona Tow is a growing towing and assets-recovery company serving the Phoenix Metro area 24/7. We handle private-property towing for apartment communities and recoveries for lenders and dealers. We're looking for an experienced Dispatcher/Impound Clerk to run our front office and yard at 1701 W Broadway Mesa, AZ 85202.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Take incoming calls and dispatch drivers to the private-property tows, recoveries, and service calls.
* Release vehicles to owners, verify ID and ownership documents, collect payment, and complete release paperwork.
* Log every tow accurately, including location, VIN, plate, photos, condition, and personal property inventory.
*Notify law enforcement of private-property tows and manage police holds.
* Run owner and lienholder lookups and handle notice letters and abandoned vehicle paperwork through Arizona MVD
* Coordinate releases and documentation with lenders, dealers, and apartment property managers.
* Handle upset costumers calmly, professionally, and firmly.
*Balance the cash drawer and complete daily reports.
WHAT YOU BRING
*1-2+ years' experience as tow dispatcher, impound clerk, or yard office clerk in Arizona.
* Working knowledge of Arizona private-property tow rules and the MVD abandoned vehicle and lien process.
* Experience with tow management software (Towbook, Towsoft, Beacon, or similar).
* Solid cash-handling skills and attention to detail.
* Thick skin and the ability to stay professional under pressure.
* Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check.
NICE TO HAVE
* Bilingual in English and Spanish
* Experience with repo/asset recovery releases.
*Experience with DPS rotation or municipal tow contracts.
