Goldstone Construction is looking for a dependable and motivated Construction Helper to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with general construction experience who is willing to learn multiple trades and wants an opportunity to grow within the company.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist skilled tradesmen with daily construction tasks
• General construction, repairs, and maintenance
• Drywall and painting assistance
• Basic demolition and jobsite preparation
• Assist with carpentry, concrete, stucco, and other trades
• Load, unload, and move tools and construction materials
• Jobsite cleanup and organization
• Pick up and deliver materials when needed
• Follow supervisor instructions and safety requirements
• Work in occupied and vacant multifamily properties
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• General construction knowledge or experience preferred
• Willingness to learn and work across multiple trades
• Ability to safely use basic hand and power tools
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license
• Dependable and punctual
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Able to perform physically demanding construction work
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
