Flooring – LVP, Wood, Tile, and Carpet
Tile – Wall Tile & Shower Tile
Electrical – Rough electrical to Trim Electrical
Painters - Interior, Exterior and trim
Plumbing – Rough plumbing to Finished plumbing (Fixture Hookup)
Roofers – Metal, asphalt shingles, and tile roofing
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
* Construction experience Required – min. 6-month experience
* Follow Verbal and Written instruction – Work with minimal Supervision
* Ability to Communicate effectively with Employees, Customers and Supervisors.
* Professional Attitude, Appearance, Dependable and Goal Orientated
* Strong Work Ethics, Attention to Detail, and take Pride in your Work.
* Ability to work in all of Arizona weather conditions
* Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs. on a regular basis
* Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop and twist for minimum of an 8-hour shift
* No Drug use – Mandator drug test done throughout the year
* Must be able to work legally in the United States -- Verified through E-Verify
Must wear appropriate clothing – Jeans (fits correctly), Boots, Shirt with any PPE
ADDITIONAL JOB REQUIREMENTS WE ARE LOOKING FOR – BUT NOT REQUIRED
<> Multiple knowledge in different construction trades is a PLUS
<> Valid Driver license (with clean 36 month driving record) is a PLUS
<> Able to Read and Understand Blueprints is a PLUS
