What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 4 years commercial building maintenance experience for Lead Tech / Foreman roles
(Entry- and mid-level applicants will still be considered)
• Certifications such as forklift, scissor lift, or boom lift are a plus
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and confidently manage tasks
• Clean driving record
• Must supply your own general tools of the trade

Key Responsibilities
• General construction & facility maintenance
• Tile installation, re-grouting, epoxy grout work (Laticrete experience a plus)
• Painting, drywall repair, silicone application
• Cabinet repairs & installations
• FRP & stainless panel installation
• Doors, hardware, jamb repairs & installs
• Stucco, veneer & exterior siding
• Steel stud & conventional framing
• Solid surface, laminate & stainless countertops
• Acoustic ceiling repairs & installs
• Minor plumbing & electrical (DOE)
• Equipment change-outs
• Accurate and timely completion of service tickets
• Ability to read and follow written instructions
• Use of mobile devices for navigation, communication, and documentation
