Exactitude, LLC in Mesa, AZ is seeking an experienced CNC Mill Machinist/Programmer for our Air-Conditioned Mesa facility:
*Responsible for daily set-ups and operation of CNC milling machines
*Full-time
*Flexible Hours
Primary job responsibilities:
*Program preferred but not necessary, with Mastercam from print and or solid model to finished piece part: set-up machines, instruct operators, and to run production.
*Perform 3, 4 & 5 axis set-ups to achieve first article inspection on Matsuura machining centers.
Candidate must have:
*Good communication skills both verbal and written
*Ability to work both independently and as a team player
*Ability to pass pre-employment skill-proficiency test
*Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening test
Position requirements:
*Minimum 7-10 years’ experience
*Able to read blueprints, instruction sheets and CNC programs, measuring equipment
*Experience in working with various materials (stainless steels, aluminums, plastics, steels, etc.)
*Experience with SolidWorks is a plus but not required
