Feed three times daily, turn out daily or nightly, excellent fly control, stalls cleaned 2 to 3 times daily and manure moved out into covered dumpster daily. misters and fans. 12 x 24 half covered stalls $450 per month, 12 by 32 half covered stalls $500 per month. Will blanket and unblanket For extra $1.00 per day. Can feed alfalfa hay, Bermuda hay or pellets. Teff hay and specialty pellets are extra charge. Can feed supplements at no extra charge, will fly spray if you provide. Regular arena and a 46‘ x 70‘ covered arena.
Close to Usery mountain Park, P&M Arena, and tons of BLM land to ride. 15 minute haul to salt River, less to bulldog Canyon. Two feed stores within 5 miles.
Plenty of trailer parking. Nice relaxed barn.
No pregnant mares or stallions as we cannot accommodate them.
