GM block #3999289, June 13 1971 casting date.
Deck stamped T 0130XCH
Tonawanda plant January 30th assembly date. Has a matched set of GM part #6272990 open chamber rectangular port heads, Sept 12 1974 cast date, correct GM forged steel 3521 crankshaft, correct Winters #3933163 aluminum intake, correct GM chrome valve covers with the correct drippers and cut out for the power brake booster.
