Salaried position to work alongside Kitchen Manager in small kitchen.
Gastropub, american pubfare, wings, grilled cheese, burgers, weekly specials, etc.
Must have command and knowledge of grill and fryer and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
35-45 hours a week, salaried position. Looking for right individual who is responsible, professional, follows all guidelines and directions and has a passion for cooking.
