A 20-year veteran looking for a live-in assistant. Dick is 86 years old and can walk but prefers to use a cart for mobility. The previous helpers have lived there for 5 years. Dick has a large house with 2 unused bedrooms. Man or woman, 60 or younger, with no pets or kids. Depending on the person, there is room for negotiation. Free room and meals. He is willing to pay a small monthly fee, but that is also negotiable.
Responsibilities include light housekeeping. He cooks, but would like the companion to cook at least 1 meal a day, maybe more. He also needs help changing his socks and light medical assistance.
