Fresh organically grown comfrey leaves available! No chemicals, no sprays — grown naturally in my own garden.
This is the Bocking 14 variety so there will be no seeds.
You can dry some of the leaves and use for making salves, or just chop and drop in your garden to enrich the soil. Or to feed your chickens!
I sell 3 sizes of bags:
#1 - A trader Joes size bag.
These leaves are hand chosen and larger than the leaves the I sell for mulch. Good for drying and using for skin care and making healing poultices for broken bones or sprains.
$8
#2 - A 13 gallon bag.
I harvest the entire stalk and fill a 13 gallon bag. Leaves are smaller and more narrow than the hand picked larger leaves. Good for feeding farm animals or making mulch and fertilizer tea. $10
#3 - A 33 gallon bag of stalks. $20
Comfrey is one of the best plants you can use for your garden. The leaves can fed to livestock, or soaked in a bucket of water to make a powerful natural fertilizer “tea” that you let ferment in the sun for a few weeks.(I will include instructions).
I have some 5 gallon food grade buckets with lids for $5.
Why gardeners use comfrey tea:
• Feeds plants naturally
• Rich in potassium and beneficial nutrients
• Helps support healthy growth, strong roots, flowering, and overall plant vigor
•Great for vegetables, flowers, herbs, berry bushes, fruit trees, shrubs, potted plants, and gardens of all kinds
• Especially loved for tomatoes, peppers, squash, cucumbers, and other heavy-feeding plants
• Can be diluted and watered around garden beds and container plants
• Excellent addition to compost piles and mulch too
• Deep-rooted plant that naturally pulls nutrients up from the soil
You should dilute the tea 10 to 1 because it becomes very concentrated.
I grow my comfrey organically and harvest the leaves fresh. Great for gardeners, herbalists, permaculture enthusiasts.
I also sell comfrey crowns and potted plants if you want to grow your own.
And I sell handcrafted comfrey salve. I double infuse it for potency.
