Adaptable CDL class A driver position available with 3:6 Trucking where safety and teamwork drive us forward. Regional, overnight work is required for this position.
CDL-A Tanker endorsement helpful
Candidates must be at least 25 years of age and have a good driving record. Must be acceptable to our insurance carrier.

Procedure Adherence: Must follow all operational guidelines meticulously. We are highly detailed in our practices so we can accomplish the job safely, timely and profitably.
Dependability: Consistent reliability in attendance and completion of tasks. We do what it takes to get the job done. If someone can’t show up it hurts the whole team.
Availability: Ability to drive every day and all hours. We try and provide some consistency but this is trucking.
Communication: Must be able to communicate. This includes using apps on your phone and maintaining conversation with management.
Duties Include:
Transporting goods with singles or doubles, ensuring all safety protocols are followed rigorously.
Conducting thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections in accordance with company and DOT guidelines, reporting any issues to maintain the highest safety standards.
Trucks are stocked with tools and parts for emergency roadside situations to enable us to keep moving. Mechanical knowledge, or willingness to learn, is required.
Documenting all required logs and reports meticulously to comply with DOT regulations. Drivers are required to use the ELD app and other apps on their phone.
Participating in team meetings and safety briefings. Training is a continual habit at 3-6 Trucking.
Keep vehicles in a clean, well-organized condition.
Maintain effective communication with dispatch and team members.
Compensation:
Pay Structure: Compensation is load-based or percentage, with an earning potential ranging from $65,000 to $90,000, or more, annually. Work capacity varies, this is trucking, but drivers willing to work a full schedule earn in the upper portion of this range.
Work Schedule: Up to 70 hours per week, typically 4-6 days. Start times change based on workload and Hours of Service (HOS) regulations.
Drivers are eligible for benefits after 60 days of full-time employment.
Safety Training: Ongoing training programs to keep you at the forefront of safety standards. We have a zero-tolerance policy for unsafe practices, fostering a culture where everyone goes home safe. Adherence to company safety procedures is required.
