Trailer-Needs repair - $1,000

Trailer was set for 26ft Chris Craft. Uprights on 1 side need replaced (see pics) I rack store and don't need it, if I fix it I will increase price. See pics, easy fix with a little square stock and some time. I just don't want to mess with it. May consider trades but please nothing ridiculous.
