Long Term Band/Project Looking for Female Lead Vocalists (19-35) (Mentor)

Song style ranges from high-energy disco to emotive rock, to upbeat techno-country, to techno-RnB. The music is reminiscent of the 70s and 80s - catchy, melodic, musical and fun - to perform and to listen to. The concept is to have 3 singers, each taking around 10 songs to sing lead on and then performing as backup or co-lead on the songs they aren't singing lead on. No one will be required to carry the show themselves; this is a group effort.
The final show will have stage lighting, costuming, and minimal choreography. Not K-pop level, but more 60s Motown. Once we have 10-15 songs learned, the group will start performing scaled-down shows by performing open mic/showcase shows to ease into the full band performance schedule, and gauge audience reaction to the music.
