Lead Orchard is hiring experienced B2B Appointment Setters for independent contractor positions working remotely from home.
We are an established appointment-setting company that works with insurance agencies across the United States. Our appointment setters contact local business owners on behalf of insurance agents and schedule qualified appointments for commercial insurance quotes.
What You’ll Do
You will make outbound calls to business owners using our dialing system and CRM.
Your job is to speak with decision-makers, briefly explain why you are calling, identify interest, and schedule qualified appointments for our clients.
This is not customer service or inbound sales. Previous cold-calling experience is required.
Compensation
You will earn:
* $15 per hour
* Plus up to $75 commission for each qualified appointment
* Paid weekly
* Typical weekly earnings of approximately $750-$1,500+, depending on hours worked and production
* No cap on appointment commissions
Schedule
This is a remote independent contractor position with flexible scheduling.
We are looking for people who can consistently make calls for approximately 20+ hours per week during normal business hours.
Who We’re Looking For
The strongest candidates will have:
* 2+ years of B2B telemarketing, appointment setting, inside sales, or cold-calling experience
* Previous experience using a CRM and/or outbound dialing system
* Confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers
* A professional and energetic phone presence
* Strong communication skills
* The ability to work independently from home
* A reliable computer, internet connection, and headset
* A quiet place to make calls
Previous outbound cold-calling experience is required.
