We're a gutter cleaning company, so the customer is already ours - we
advertised, quoted them, and they're waiting on a date. You'd get a
text with the address, what the house looks like, and what the job
pays. Clean the gutters, bag the debris, send us before-and-after
photos, and we direct deposit you. No invoicing, no collecting from
the customer. If a job doesn't fit your week, you pass and that's the
end of it.
Being straight about it: this is per job, not a route and not
employment. I can't tell you how often something will come up near
you.
You need your own truck, a ladder that actually reaches the roofline,
and to be steady working up high. Most of the guys doing this for us
already do landscaping, roofing, or handyman work and pick these up
around it.
