Local property owner looking for a dependable, experienced handyman for ongoing work as needed.
This is not a full time position. I’m looking for one reliable person I can call when repairs or maintenance come up at rental properties.
Work may include toilets, faucets, minor plumbing, doors, locks, drywall repairs, painting, trim, minor carpentry, fixture replacement and other general property repairs.
