Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Class A CDL Contractor with a Conestoga flatbed for dedicated, daily lanes between Memphis, TN, and Columbus, MS. This route offers steady freight running both northbound and southbound, with single-leg and round-trip opportunities available depending on daily volume.
Position Details:
• Dedicated Route: Daily loads running Memphis, TN to Columbus, MS and Columbus, MS to Memphis, TN.
• Flexibility: Single-leg loads with opportunities for same-day round trips.
• Equipment Required: Tractor with Conestoga / Curtainside Flatbed trailer.
Responsibilities:
• Secure and transport flatbed freight safely along the designated corridor.
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch regarding pickup and delivery timelines.
• Complete required electronic logs (ELD) and submit daily manifests/bills of lading promptly.
Qualifications:
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Must own/operate a Conestoga flatbed setup in good working condition.
• Active MC/DOT authority or willing to lease under company authority.
• Clean MVR and active DOT Medical Card.
• Verifiable flatbed and load-securement experience.
