We are seeking an experienced and dependable Class A CDL Flatbed Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on flatbed experience, a strong safety record, and understands proper cargo securement and load handling. This position offers regional runs with opportunities for home time and competitive percentage-based pay.

Pay: 29% of each load
tarp pay when applicable.

Responsibilities
Safely operate a Class A commercial motor vehicle with flatbed trailer.
Transport freight safely and efficiently to customer locations.
Properly load, secure, tarp, and unload various types of freight.
Inspect vehicles, trailers, and equipment before and after trips.
Maintain accurate logs, delivery documentation, and required paperwork.
Comply with all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety regulations.
Communicate professionally with dispatchers, customers, and loading facilities.
Report equipment issues, delays, accidents, or other concerns promptly.
Maintain a clean and professional truck and trailer.
Perform other duties related to transportation and freight delivery as needed.
Qualifications
Valid Class A CDL.
Previous flatbed driving experience required.
Clean and safe driving record.
Knowledge of DOT regulations and hours-of-service requirements.
Experience with cargo securement, chains, straps, binders, and tarping.
Ability to safely handle and secure various types of freight.
Ability to pass required DOT physical and drug screening.
Dependable, safety-conscious, and professional attitude.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of Class A CDL driving experience.
1+ year of flatbed experience.
Experience hauling construction materials, steel, lumber, machinery, or other oversized/irregular freight.
Strong knowledge of load securement requirements.
