We are a busy consulting company with a strong and steady workload looking to establish relationships with experienced, dependable, and fully licensed contractors throughout the New York area.
WE ARE SEEKING:
• General Contractors
• Commercial Contractors
• Residential Contractors
• Licensed Trade Contractors
• Licensed Subcontractors
• Contractors in all qualified trades
SERVICE AREAS:
Applicants must be properly licensed and authorized to perform work, as applicable, in:
New York City | Nassau County | Suffolk County | Westchester County
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
• ALL REQUIRED LICENSES MUST BE CURRENT AND VALID
• ALL REQUIRED INSURANCE MUST BE CURRENT
• GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE REQUIRED
• DISABILITY COVERAGE REQUIRED, AS APPLICABLE
• Must maintain all other insurance and documentation required for the work performed
• Must communicate professionally with project managers and office staff weekly
• Must provide regular project updates by email and/or direct cell phone communication and via zoom
• Must be dependable, responsive, organized, and able to manage an ongoing workload
