Client Service Associate / Financial Advisor Assistant
Location: Melville, NY
Salary: $60,000–$65,000 + performance bonus

We are a growing boutique wealth management practice dedicated to providing comprehensive financial planning and exceptional client service to high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners. Our mission is to deliver a white-glove client experience while helping clients achieve their long-term financial goals.
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Client Service Associate to become an integral part of our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow within the financial planning profession.
Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client service requests
• Schedule and prepare client review meetings
• Prepare paperwork for new accounts, transfers, rollovers, beneficiary changes, and money movement
• Track account transfers and follow up until completion
• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM
• Coordinate with custodians, insurance companies, and investment partners
• Assist with onboarding new clients
• Prepare meeting agendas and follow-up action items
• Answer phones and emails professionally
• Help create an exceptional client experience from start to finish
• Support the advisor with daily operations and special projects
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in a financial advisory, wealth management, banking, or financial services office preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with CRM software (Redtail, Wealthbox, Salesforce) is a plus
• Experience with LPL or other custodians is preferred but not required
• FINRA Series 7 or 66 is a plus, but not required
