There are 4 men over 60 collecting government checks living in this house. We are looking for someone to replace the fifth guy that moved out. It would be great if you are similar to the guys already here... over 60 and collecting a government check. No pets, children or girlfriends allowed. No overnight guests. This room share is for ONE person. You will be splitting the large mother-in-law suite with another roommate. The room runs the length of the house from front to back and it has its own bathroom NOT shared with 3 others in the house who have their own bathroom on the other side of the house. You share the suite with one person, your roommate on that side of the house. There is minimal if any storage other than what you can fit in your half of the suite. The shared room is partially furnished with a dresser, bed and TV. See the photo.

We don't drink or do drugs and you shouldn't either. This is not the Hilton hotel but it is a quiet place to sleep on a quiet street.

Your portion of the rent is $625 per month plus $8 per month for the internet. We don't have cable tv, only internet and we stream everything over that. Electricity and water is included in the rent.
