Handyman needed for ceiling repair (Melbourne)

Looking for a handyman that can do a ceiling repair at a rental property of mine in Melbourne/Suntree. Damage is from the recent storm. Looking to have the ceiling patched, painted and textured. Also, one of the gutters directly behind the wall where the damage happened is apparently clogged with leaves., which I think was part of the cause, so also looking to have that gutter emptied.

Please respond to poster with a quote for labor. (I can pay for materials over the phone at any Home Depot or Lowes.)
