. I’m full of ideas and creativity, and I’m looking for that special person who brings skills that
complement mine. My goal is to find that special someone who enjoys collaborating, sharing ideas, and
helping turn those ideas into a successful T-shirt brand. I’m not looking for someone to simply
complete assignments—I’d like someone who gets excited about creating and building something together.
. A creative, enthusiastic entrepreneurial person who would be a perfect fit to enjoy helping one anther develop
and
grow a newly Trademarked T-shirt brands built around positive messaging.
. Perfect if you are a graphic designer or marketing student, freelancer, content creator, or simply someone
creative who understands social media and would enjoy helping turn ideas into something real.
. Being that this is mostly remote - it is very important to meet periodically at my Melbourne office
near Wickham and Sarno Rd. to review ideas, choose designs, to establish goals, and work together
on posting and developing the brand.
. Experience with graphic design, social media, Shopify, Printful, Printify, or online marketing is very helpful,
but you don't need to know everything. Creativity, reliability, communication, and genuine interest in
building something are more important.
. Unfortunately, this is not currently an hourly or salaried position. Compensation would be an agreed
percentage/commission from qualifying sales, with the arrangement clearly established in writing before beginning.
. I am very fair and encourage strategies to be creative to bring the best and highest commission with respect of both.
