Would like to engage the services of someone with creative talent for a few weeks to help develop a unique business model for two local start ups:
- Small real estate brokerage
- Small building company
Most of my career experience involves serving large companies B2B. For this project, I need to break out of the institutional mentality and serve consumers directly.
The objectives I could use some fresh perspective on:
- Build a more organic public facing persona
- Cost effective marketing ideas
- Differentiate from competition
- Ideas for specializations – e.g. creating useful indoor/outdoor spaces, or specialize in properties with healthy environments that require less maintenance, etc.
- Thoughts on other interesting ideas
Would like to engage a consultant with some of these qualities:
- Any useful knowledge in designing holistic indoor/outdoor living spaces
- Ideas on integrating decks, pavilions, accessory structures, xeriscape, etc.
- Ideas on basic marketing, social media and website content
- Any experience with real estate or building could be useful
- Any former small business experience wouldn’t hurt
- Creativity to help “think outside the box”
Schedule: Flexible - maybe 10-15 hours per week for a few weeks as schedules allow
Compensation: Negotiable but minimum $30/hr
Market: Local market is Brevard County/Eastern Central Florida
