Timeless Beauty & Day Spa
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic Receptionist to join our busy, fast-paced salon and day spa!
🕐 Schedule: Tues–Friday, 8:30 AM–3:00 PM
💰 Pay: $17.00per hour
⏰ Approximately 30 hours per week
If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and creating a welcoming experience for every guest, we would love to hear from you! This is a fun, busy environment where a positive attitude and a calm, professional approach are essential.
Responsibilities include:
📞 Answering phones & greeting clients
📅 Scheduling and managing appointments using Square
💳 Entering payments and client charges accurately
✅ Assisting with client check-in/check-out
🧹 Helping keep the salon clean, organized & welcoming
🔑 Assisting with opening duties
✨ Providing exceptional customer service
