We’re a new Southern Oregon event staffing company currently building our crew for upcoming weddings, concerts, festivals, winery events, private parties, corporate events and other functions throughout the Rogue Valley and surrounding areas.
This is a great fit if you want flexible event work without committing to the same schedule every week. Event opportunities will vary, and you can accept the ones that work with your schedule.
POSITIONS & ANTICIPATED STARTING PAY
• General Event Crew — around $20/hr
• Busser / Runner — around $20/hr
• Host / Check-In — around $20/hr
• Setup / Breakdown — around $20/hr
• Cleanup Crew — around $20/hr
• Kitchen Support — around $21/hr
• Experienced Servers — around $22/hr
• Bartenders — around $25/hr+
• Event Captains / Crew Leads — around $26/hr+
Bartenders will need a current Oregon OLCC Alcohol Service Permit for alcohol-service assignments.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Reliable, hardworking people who can show up when they commit to an event, work well with different personalities, take direction, stay productive when things get busy and help wherever needed.
Experience in restaurants, catering, bars, hotels, customer service, events, kitchens, cleaning or leadership is helpful, but experience isn’t required for every position.
Events may take place in Medford, Central Point, Jacksonville, Ashland, Talent, Phoenix, Grants Pass, Applegate and other Southern Oregon locations.
