Key Responsibilities:
Craft and Curate: Craft complex, house-made syrups, foams, and beverage additives to build precise classic and contemporary cocktails.
Guide the Experience: Confidently navigate guests through curated spirit flights, bespoke tasting menus, premium steak or fine dining pairings, and extensive wine selections.
Fluid Hospitality: Seamlessly rotate between high-volume, precision bartending and high-touch floor tableside service depending on the evening's flow.
Theatrical Precision: Maintain an immaculate, organized workspace while executing exact inventory control and spirit preservation standards.
What We Are Looking: 2–3+ years of high-volume craft bartending or upscale fine-dining floor experience. Strong technical foundational knowledge of classic cocktail structures, diverse spirit categories (especially boutique bourbons, whiskeys, tequilas, and mezcals), and French/New World wine regions. Impeccable presentation, professional communication skills, and the intuitive ability to read a room and anticipate guest needs.Valid local certifications (e.g., alcohol server permit, food handlers card) and open availability to work weekends and late-night shifts.
