Responsibilities include preparing vacant apartments for new residents, completing minor repairs, painting, cleaning, and ensuring units are move‑in ready.
Ideal candidates should be detail‑oriented, hardworking, and able to work independently while maintaining high standards of quality.
Experience in apartment maintenance or make ready work is preferred but not required — we’re willing to train the right person.
