What You'll Be Working On:
Plumbing is a core part of this role. Our technicians regularly handle plumbing repairs, fixture installations, water heater replacements, drain issues, and other residential plumbing service calls. Beyond plumbing you will also work across:
General carpentry (rough and finish)
Bathroom upgrades and light remodeling
Kitchen repairs and refresh projects
Interior and exterior painting
Drywall repair, patching, and caulking
Minor electrical repairs
Flooring repair and installation
General home maintenance and repair
Jobs range from 2–4 hour service calls to multi-day projects. Our dispatch team matches work orders to your skills, availability, and location so you're never scrambling for your next job.
What We're Looking For:
The right candidate will have strong residential plumbing experience as a foundation, with additional confidence working across multiple trades. You should be able to communicate clearly with dispatch and project managers on scope, timelines, and materials, and maintain a professional attitude on every job site.
Requirements:
Plumbing experience required, residential service and repair
Skill in at least three additional trades: carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, minor electrical, remodeling, or general repairs
Valid driver's license and insurance
Reliable work vehicle and professional tools
Strong customer service and communication skills
Smartphone with internet access
Ability to pass background screening and provide references
