This is a growing daycare catering business that is in need of three additional staff:
KITCHEN HELPER
Time: Mon through Fri 3am – 7am for $16/hour
Assist cook in preparation of very simple breakfast and lunch meal for daycare kids like sandwiches, quesadillas, pasta, etc.
Food preparation includes peeling, chopping, cutting, washing dishes, and simple kitchen tasks.
Kitchen is located in McKinney, close to 75 and 380
Have a Food Handler Certificate or be able to get one.
DELIVERY DRIVER
Pay: $50 per day
Time: Mon through Fri 8:30am - 10:30am
Must have a valid US driver’s license with clean driving record and legal work status.
Need to drive company’s small food delivery van and deliver food to 5 Frisco day care centers.
Have a Food Handler Certificate or be able to get one.
DAYCARE COOK
Time: Mon through Fri 2am - 10am
Cook pay will be $23 per hour on an hourly basis.
Grocery pickup pay will be separate and can vary (see last item)
Prepare home-style, breakfast and lunch meal for daycare kids (Age 1 – 5 years).
Ability to follow simple recipe and come up with kid-friendly menu items.
You must be able to prepare meals for 1,200 + children and stay on schedule.
You will have access to 3-4 experienced helpers in the kitchen, who have been doing this for many years.
IMPORTANT: Maintain inventory of food and supplies and arrange and organize inventory in the Kitchen. This is very important part of job duty. It is Cook’s responsibility to check menu and make sure that weekly supply is stocked. Majority of inventory is delivered from Sysco, but sometimes certain items are missing and those items need to be picked up from local stores such as Sams, Restaurant Depot. This will be additional work on Fridays or Saturday, and will be paid separately. You may need to be able to lift cases are 40lbs. If you are unable to perform this duty please DO NOT APPLY.
