At Rodriguez Tile Group, warehouse associates are exposed to every part of warehouse operations. As you grow your skills and demonstrate reliability, there are opportunities to advance into higher-level roles such as Inventory Coordinator and Warehouse Supervisor.
Responsibilities
Warehouse Associates assist with all areas of warehouse operations, including:
Receiving and unloading shipments
Picking and preparing customer orders
Loading and unloading delivery trucks
Organizing and stocking inventory
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
Assisting customers with material pickup
Performing inventory counts and helping maintain inventory accuracy
Inspecting products for damage or discrepancies
Operating forklifts and warehouse equipment
Working alongside teammates to keep warehouse operations running efficiently
Taking initiative to identify problems and solve them before being asked

Is physically capable of lifting heavy materials throughout the day

Preferred Qualifications
Basic computer skills are a plus
Valid driver’s license is a plus
Some Saturdays may be required
