$18/hour 

Job Functions:

• Remove products from pallets and crates.
• Stock store shelves with merchandise using carts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Stock lightweight products above 7’ high using a rolling/locking step ladder.
• Load and unload pallets from trucks and trailers using a forklift.
• Perform manual lifting, packaging, taping, labeling, and sorting tasks.
• Report defective materials or questionable conditions to management.
• Organize the warehouse to ensure efficient distribution of supplies and safe work conditions.
• Conduct physical inventories to verify stock and identify losses.
• Inspect warehouse equipment to maintain safe operating condition.
• Break down cardboard for recycling.
• Keep the work area and equipment clean and orderly, following prescribed safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures and report any accidents immediately.

Job Requirements:

• Move products and inventory using a forklift and bin system.
• Understanding of warehousing and storekeeping procedures, including shipping and receiving.
• Knowledge of proper storage, space utilization, and inventory procedures.
• Good interpersonal skills, using patience and courtesy.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to perform heavy lifting (60–100 pounds with assistance), and up to 50 pounds individually.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
• Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and maintain accurate records.
• Capable of working independently and making routine decisions.
• Physical activities include lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, crouching, and reaching.
• Able to work in various weather conditions, including heat, humidity, and cold.
