We are seeking a professional cleaning company/crew for final cleaning of a new commercial construction project in McAllen, TX.
Work must be completed either this Friday (9/18) or Monday (9/21).
Scope includes:
* Move-in / final construction cleaning
* Ready-to-use janitorial cleaning
* Detailed interior cleaning
* All windows and window frames cleaned inside & outside
* Additional final-cleaning details as needed
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 cleaners
* Must provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment
* All workers must have a safety vest and hardhat
* Must be experienced with commercial construction cleaning
* This is NOT a cash-paying job — payment will be handled CashApp, ACH, Venmo, or check.
