I have a Macbook that has hardly ever been used. It was purchased at our office and stayed in its box for over a year. When we tried to use it, we found that it DOES NOT HOLD A CHARGE. It is otherwise functioning like new. Our warranty had expired so we couldn't get Apple to replace it.
