These Haviland Limoge plates are a pattern made from 1850 to 1899. I've see the pattern referred to as Sea Life or Marine Life.
They are lustrous and gorgeous. Each plate has a different picture. I don't know how to tell if they are hand painted, but some of the images feel a bit raised beneath the glaze.
The condition is nearly mint. One plate has a very small chip under the rim, another has a pen point chip, also under the rim. I wouldn't have even found these except I was carefully inspecting them as I dried them.
