Hello,
I’m an independent, active young senior woman looking for a very particular living arrangement with the right gentleman.
I’m looking for **two unfurnished rooms for my use, including a private bath**, in a comfortable single-family home with some privacy and a good-sized yard for my two small, well-behaved dogs. I have my own car and am completely self-sufficient.
My preferred area is the Treasure Coast through Melbourne/Palm Bay. I enjoy a peaceful, less-crowded setting and would prefer a home with some land or outdoor space rather than a townhouse or condo. A gated community or HOA is fine; I simply prefer a place where residents can enjoy their privacy without excessive restrictions.
I’m a remote web and graphic designer, so I work from home and am very comfortable with computers and technology. I’m happy to help with basic computer skills and everyday technology when needed. I also maintain a small private wellness/bodywork clientele.
In the right situation, I can offer much more than simply sharing a home. I enjoy being helpful and can contribute with light household chores, shopping, errands, driving, helping care for the property, keeping things organized, and even routine pool care. I’m also comfortable helping with the care of small or medium-sized dogs.
I’m active and work out every day, so keeping up with an active lifestyle isn't a problem. I enjoy good conversation, cooking, going out occasionally, traveling, and simply having pleasant company around.
At the same time, **peace, privacy and independence are important to me.** I have my own life, work and interests and am not looking to be someone's caregiver, maid, social secretary or source of entertainment. LOL. I enjoy having someone around, but I also appreciate being able to do my own thing and would expect the same courtesy in return.
I’m looking for an active, independent gentleman who is reasonably fit and able to manage his own day-to-day needs. Ideally, someone who enjoys having another good person around but still values his own privacy and independence.
I’m not looking for a traditional roommate situation or a romantic relationship simply because we share a home. I’m looking for a comfortable, mutually beneficial arrangement where two independent people can enjoy good company, help one another and make life a little easier.
I’m neat, responsible, nonsmoking, have my own transportation, and appreciate a clean, peaceful home. I prefer hard-surface or wood flooring to wall-to-wall carpeting and take pride in keeping a home and property well cared for. My dogs are an important part of my life, so suitable outdoor space is essential.
Because I would be contributing my time, help, companionship and practical skills to the household, **I’m looking for an arrangement where rent is minimal rather than the primary expectation.** I’m much more interested in finding the right fit and discussing what would be fair and comfortable for both of us.
