Recently moved my sailboat here and i need to work i need money. I’m 60 on disability currently had surgery not long ago but im getting around pretty good. I am a very capable individual who could possibly have a large impact on your business. I’ve been self employed for 20 years but a recent split with my wife then health and legal problems have me somewhat grounded. This could be an opportunity for you to form a relationship with someone who can sell , produce the work and collect. Roofing or fence companies would find my experience helpful I believe including handling insurance adjusters and taking the job to arbitration need be. I’m capable of finding and fixing leaks in residential asphalt shingle roofs where others have failed. I can also run the jobs including doing the punch out list with all damages repaired. Fencing I’ve been building since I was a kid stringing barbed wire. Panels, gates, posts, installing runners and building by individual pickets. Board on board start to finish including stain. Gates I’m capable of designing both wood and metal along with the skills to cut weld fabricate both manual and automatic. Experience in the installation of automatic gates including running pouring the slab for the unit ,electrical if need be and programming and training the customer. I moved my sailboat here from kemah only to have the tropical storm drag anchor while I was away and deposit it 5 miles from anywhere. There has to be someone out there who could use a horse someone who neither accepts or makes excuse. I’m loyal to a fault and depending on who what where it could become permanent but at this point I can’t promise that but I can promise o will do the best i can for you on what we agree upon. I have a valid drivers license a dependable truck with insurance and some tools. I’m open to discussing anything that could prove fruitful we find our alliances in the strangest of places under the strangest situations at times. My dad was a mechanic and I have been working on everything from lawnmowers to bulldozers over the years. I’m not sure my body can withstand much of that rigor but if you have an issue with something mechanical I’m down to see what I can do.
