We're Southedge Painting & Contracting in Greenville, SC, and we're hiring 2–3 experienced painters to join a crew that works year-round — interiors all winter, exteriors in season. We painted 400+ homes last year and we're booked into next year.
**What we pay**
- $23–$27/hr to start, based on experience and a hands-on painting test
- Raises as you move up: Painter → Lead Painter → Job Leader, up to $30/hr, with a written path to get there
- $500 signing bonus paid at 90 days
- Paid weekly, W-2, on time, every week
- Profit-sharing eligibility after your first year
**What you get**
- Full-time, year-round work — 40 hrs/week, overtime available in season

- Company vehicles, sprayers, ladders, scaffolding, safety gear, and all sundries provided — you bring your own hand tools (brushes, roller frames, poles), and you can buy them from us at our bulk price
- Written SOPs, a trainer on staff, and real supervision — you'll know what's expected
**What we need**
- 3+ years residential painting experience (brush/roll/spray, cut lines, prep)
- Your own hand tools, kept in good shape
- Show up on time, every day, ready to work
- Valid driver's license
- Take pride in your work — our customers are repeat customers
